What’s cookin’?

This “primordial soup” is a mix of high-boiling solvents and liquid polymers obtained during cleaning of the production equipment of named polymer. By distilling the broth, the solvent will be re-usable for further cleaning and subjected to re-cycling with virtually no end. The interesting part is that potentially the residual polymer will be able to be reused as well, essentially avoiding waste completely.

What we see through this looking glass is the factual distillation process at its peak, performed in our RWA test system, in Großostheim.

If your company is wondering if their applied solvents can be recycled by distillation, this can be simply tested here.
